Purchasing Process

Once you have decided to purchase a particular boat we would recommend you follow the following procedure. Your broker may have advised you to instruct an independent professional surveying company to carry out a pre purchase survey in order to determine the overall condition of the vessel and to confirm that the vessel is structurally sound or not as the case may be. We would recommend you Contact us to discuss your intended purchase providing us with details of the vessel such as name and model etc.

We will check our records to determine if we have examined the vessel before and give you as much advice as we can . Remember we have examined over 5000 vessels over the years so it is not uncommon to discover that we have prior knowledge of the boats history including prior defects etc. You will then need to decide upon which type of survey you require.
